About This Project
The original single-story house on this Studio City lot came down and we built the home that stands here now from the ground up, in stacked stone and vertical wood siding. The great room runs double height and opens to the pool deck through pocketing glass. Custom woodwork and cabinetry run throughout, with marble and stone finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms and an ELAN smart-home system wired through the house. Across the lawn is a large detached guest cabana with sliding glass doors on two sides, alongside a covered patio, a fire pit and a built-in barbecue.
